I was born and grew up in Cantam-is Bago. I completed my elementary grades at Catagbacan Elementary School. My education includes first year high school at the Loon Institute and graduated high school at the University of Bohol as pioneer graduates in 1972. I had one semester of Civil Engineering at the University of Bohol. Searching for greener pasture, I left Loon and found my place in Davao City where I worked and finished college. I passed the CPA Licensure Examination in May 1984. I am now working at Joji Ilagan Career Center Foundation and is practicing my profession ocassionaly.
