In view of the Orange Rainfall Warning issued by DOST–PAGASA due to the effects of the Shearline, the Municipality of Loon hereby announces the SUSPENSION OF FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS, both public and private, today, 10 February 2026 (afternoon).
This preventive measure is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of learners, teachers, and school personnel amid continuous and heavy rainfall that may lead to flooding and other weather-related hazards.
Schools are advised to shift to alternative learning modalities where feasible. The public is encouraged to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary travel, and continuously monitor official advisories from DOST–PAGASA and the MDRRMO-Loon for further updates.
