Qualifications:
- Must be a bona fide resident of the Municipality of Loon
- Combined annual income of parents/guardians must not exceed Php 300,000.00
- Must have a SHS General Average of not lower than 78% in Grade 12
Requirements for the Admission Test:
Applicants must submit the following documents on or before June 15, 2026 at the CDL Registrar’s Office:
– Certificate of Residency issued by the Barangay Captain
– Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/guardians or 4Ps Certification or Certificate of Indigency
– Form 137 / Grade 12 Report Card
– Accomplished Colegio de Loon CAT Pre-Listing Form (through QR Code)
