The Executive Committee (ExeCom) Meeting of the Municipality of Loon was successfully conducted on April 6, 2026, presided over by Municipal Mayor Pedro “Dodong” M. Literatus, Jr., as part of the Local Government Unit’s continued commitment to strengthening governance through its Quality Management System (QMS).












The meeting covered key agenda points including updates on action items from previous discussions, particularly on infrastructure and service improvements such as the waterline installation for RHU 1, enhancement of petty cash utilization guidelines, developments in the BSTM program of CDL Permit to Open, and the PRISM connection of RHU 1.
Discussions also focused on customer satisfaction and feedback reports for the 4th Quarter of 2025 and the 1st Quarter of 2026, reinforcing the Municipality’s dedication to responsive and citizen-centered service delivery.
In line with continuous improvement, the committee reviewed changes in internal and external issues, including the adoption of the Municipality of Loon E-Ticketing Maintenance System. Audit results were likewise presented, highlighting the issuance of Requests for Action (RFAs) in response to Audit Observation Memoranda (AOM), ensuring compliance and accountability.
Updates on proposed programs and projects were also tackled, including the construction of a canopy connecting the old and new municipal buildings, as well as the formulation of a Site Development Plan for the Glass Bottom Boardwalk.
The body also discussed upcoming activities, particularly the Internal Quality Audit scheduled on April 13–17, 2026, and the NAP Disposal Seminar on April 29–30, 2026, further reinforcing the LGU’s commitment to operational excellence and records management.
Through these initiatives, the Municipality of Loon continues to uphold transparency, efficiency, and quality service delivery in all aspects of governance.
