







Presided over by Mayor Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, M.D., the Executive Committee Meeting held at the Municipal Activity Center gathered the collective leadership of the Municipality of Loon, joined by the Office Heads of LGU-Loon and the Legislative Body – Sangguniang Bayan of Loon, represented by Vice Mayor Pedro “Dodong” Literatus, Jr. together with SB Secretary Fidel Coritico.
The meeting served as a strategic platform to discuss status updates, process enhancements, budgetary concerns, program implementations, and special matters vital to the municipality’s operations and development. Key agenda items included:
- Status of Actions from the Previous Meeting, covering the creation of a Maintenance Section with clear motor pool guidelines, citizen service feedback actions, updates on third-party security procurement, realignment of the Citizen’s Charter processes, zoning ordinance formulation, OFI Action Plans, departmental timelines, and reports on the fuel station project proposal.
- Internal and External Issues, focusing on the rollout of modern governance and monitoring systems such as the Vehicle Dispatch & Maintenance System, Cash Advance Monitoring, E-Ticket Systems for ICT and Maintenance, Petty Cash Management, Loon Document Management, and the 6PsA System for organizational excellence.
- Financial and Budgetary Matters, addressing the supplemental budget and payment of tipping fees for waste disposal at the Alburquerque Sanitary Landfill.
- Program and Project Updates, including PESO initiatives, Collegio de Loon developments, LTO licensing programs for personnel and barangay officials, abattoir repairs, municipal flag updates, 2026 budget preparations, Food Park finalization for Musikaon, and logistical arrangements for the Sidlakasilak Fiesta.
- Special Concerns, such as workforce discipline, PNPKI personnel inclusion, PNP impound lot space, Civil Service Month Family Day activities, Healthy Workplace Initiative, surveillance consultancy, regulation of payaw operations, CCTV Command Center staffing, and visibility measures for traffic enforcers.
Through this collaborative discussion, the LGU leadership reaffirmed its commitment to responsive governance, operational efficiency, and people-centered service delivery, ensuring that the Municipality of Loon remains progressive, organized, and ready to meet the evolving needs of its constituents.
