The Municipality of Loon cordially invites the public to an evening of meaningful music and community advocacy at Musikaon sa Loon: Lavapalooza, to be held at the Loon Town Square, Loon, Bohol, as hosted by the Philippine National Police – Loon in partnership with LGU-Loon, in celebration of Love Month and Valentine’s Day. The activity will feature a special live performance by GDZ Acoustic, complemented by a PNP Information Drive on the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 (RA 9262), aimed at raising public awareness on the protection of women and children, promoting respect for rights, and strengthening collective action against all forms of abuse.
Through the fusion of music and advocacy, this community gathering seeks to deepen public understanding of VAWC, strengthen civic engagement, and nurture a culture of care, respect, and shared responsibility—values that embody the true spirit of the season of love. The Municipality of Loon warmly encourages families, youth, and all residents to join this vibrant and purposeful evening of learning, music, and togetherness at the town square.
