Today, the Municipality of Loon joins the entire Loonanon community in greeting Hon. Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, M.D., Municipal Mayor, a happy and meaningful birthday.
As Mayor, Dr. Lopez has consistently emphasized people-centered public service, accessible healthcare, good governance, and community development. Under his leadership, the municipality has continued to strengthen preventive healthcare initiatives, social assistance, nutrition programs, and systems that promote responsive and quality public service.
His advocacy for a healthier, more resilient, and progressive Loon is reflected in programs that bring government services closer to communities—from strengthened health facilities and immunization campaigns to nutrition, social assistance, youth development, and continuous improvement in local governance.
On this special day, we celebrate not only another year of life, but also the continuing call to serve with compassion, lead with integrity, and work together for every Loonanon.
Happy Birthday, Mayor Yul!
May you be blessed with good health, wisdom, strength, and many more years dedicated to serving the people of Loon.
Madanihong adlaw, Mayor! Padayon sa pag-alagad alang sa Loon Madanihon!
