The Municipality of Loon, through the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC), proudly congratulates all Bread and Pastry Production NC II trainees for successfully passing the National Assessment conducted on May 26 and 28, 2026 at the LMDC Assessment Center.
This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the trainees’ hard work, dedication, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to achieving their goals. Despite encountering delays, schedule adjustments, and various challenges throughout their training journey, they remained focused, resilient, and determined to complete the program and earn their competency certification. Their success serves as an inspiring reminder that while the path to achievement may not always be easy, determination and patience ultimately lead to rewarding outcomes.
The Municipality likewise recognizes the invaluable contribution of their trainer, Ms. Ezra Arquiza Guadalquiver, whose dedication, mentorship, technical expertise, and tireless guidance played a vital role in preparing the trainees for this important milestone. His commitment to developing skilled and competent learners continues to contribute significantly to the success of LMDC’s skills development programs.
Special appreciation is also extended to Ma’am Angela Cal, National Assessor, for her professionalism, expertise, and commitment in ensuring a fair, credible, and quality assessment process. Her contribution helped uphold the integrity and standards of competency-based assessment, providing the trainees with a meaningful and valuable certification experience.
