The Local Government Unit of Loon, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Dr. Cesar Tomas “Yul” M. Lopez, marked another significant milestone in advancing public healthcare with the Blessing and Inauguration of the Loon Super Health Center in Barangay Moto Sur on July 31, 2026.
The opening of the new facility reflects the Municipality’s unwavering commitment to making quality, accessible, and responsive healthcare services available to every Loonanon. More than just a new building, the Super Health Center represents the LGU’s continued investment in strengthening the local health system and improving the overall well-being of the community.
During the inauguration, Mayor Yul Lopez emphasized that while the opening of the facility is a major achievement, it also marks the beginning of a continuing effort to fully develop the center by providing the necessary medical equipment, laboratory facilities, and healthcare resources. His administration remains committed to ensuring that the Super Health Center will continue to expand its services to better meet the healthcare needs of the people.
The Municipality also expresses its sincere gratitude to Congressman Edgar M. Chatto “Baba” Yap, the Provincial Government of Bohol under Governor Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado, the Provincial Health Office, the Department of Health, RHU 1 and RHU 2 personnel, barangay officials, partner agencies, and all stakeholders whose collective support and collaboration made this milestone possible.
The presence and commitment of the Municipality’s partners reaffirm a shared vision of building a healthier and more resilient Loon through strengthened healthcare services and sustained investments in public health infrastructure.
As the Municipality continues its journey toward inclusive development, the Loon Super Health Center stands as a symbol of hope, compassion, and responsive governance—bringing healthcare closer to every family and ensuring that quality medical services remain within the reach of every Loonanon.
Together, we build a healthier Loon—one community, one family, and one life at a time.
