In celebration of National Nutrition Month 2026, the Municipality of Loon, through the Municipal Nutrition Council (MNC) and the Municipal Health Office (MHO), in partnership with the Department of Health – Central Visayas Center for Health Development, will conduct the Pinggang Pinoy Draw and Tell Contest on July 6, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Loon Activity Center, Municipal Hall Compound, Cogon Norte, Loon, Bohol.
The contest will bring together Junior High School students aged 12 to 18 years old from the municipality’s public and private secondary schools in a creative competition that highlights the principles of Pinggang Pinoy, balanced nutrition, healthy eating habits, and overall wellness.
<pstyle=”text-align: justify;”>Guided by this year’s National Nutrition Month theme, “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan Ating Pangalagaan,” the activity aims to strengthen nutrition awareness while nurturing the artistic talents, creativity, and communication skills of Loon’s young learners.
