The Municipality of Loon, through the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) Office, invites all Loonanons—particularly business establishments, LGUs, and stakeholders—to avail of the DENR-Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Permitting on Wheels (POW) initiative.
This nationwide program aims to bring government services closer to the public by assisting applicants in securing environmental permits and certificates in compliance with existing laws, including the Environmental Impact Statement System (PD 1586), Clean Water Act (RA 9275), Clean Air Act (RA 8749), Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act (RA 6969), and the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act (RA 9003).

All interested participants, including Pollution Control Officers (PCOs) or authorized representatives, are encouraged to take part in this activity. Attendees are advised to bring their laptops, soft copies of necessary requirements, and portable Wi-Fi devices, as applications will be processed online.
