The Municipality of Loon held its Executive Committee Meeting presided by Mayor Pedro “Dodong” M. Literatus, Jr., together with the Top Management, all Department and Office Heads, and the Members of the 16th Sangguniang Bayan.
The discussions centered on updates from the previous meeting such as the Vehicle Dispatch and Maintenance System, Grievance Committee Executive Order, Zoning Ordinance, and proposals for the LGU Fuel Depot.
Reports also covered preparations for the SidlaKasilak Fiesta 2025, CDL status updates, water permit applications, and concerns on business enterprises operating without permits.
Special concerns were raised, including the hiring of an additional doctor for RHU, preparations for the Family Day Celebration, and procurement plans for Tubig Loon’s future expansion. Other matters included ICT system implementation, directional signages within the LGU compound, and cloud storage for data management.
Presiding over the meeting, Mayor Literatus, Jr. highlighted the importance of collaboration, accountability, and transparency in governance, ensuring that every action taken contributes to the welfare of all Loonanons.
