As part of its continuing commitment to safeguarding the welfare and development of young learners, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of the Municipality of Loon conducted a center visit on May 28, 2026, at Emblem Christian Academy Incorporated, a newly established private learning center in the municipality.

The MSWDO team, led by MSWD Officer Ma. Marnelli L. Maquindang, was warmly welcomed by the school’s administration headed by Principal Dr. Carmela M. Restificar and members of the faculty.
The visit formed part of the Municipality’s efforts to ensure that educational institutions providing early childhood services maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children. The assessment focused on facility safety, regulatory compliance, and the alignment of educational programs with the standards and guidelines of the National Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) framework.
Through regular monitoring and coordination with learning institutions, the Municipality of Loon continues to uphold its advocacy of promoting quality early childhood education and ensuring that every young Loonanon receives proper care, protection, and opportunities for holistic growth and development.
The LGU-Loon extends its appreciation to Dr. Restificar and the entire Emblem Christian Academy Incorporated community for their cooperation, openness, and commitment to providing quality education to the children of Loon.
Together, we build a stronger foundation for the future—one child, one classroom, and one learning center at a time.
