This activity forms part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to uphold the principles of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, particularly under:
- 7.5.3 – Control of Documented Information
Ensuring that official documents and records are protected from loss, improper use, or unauthorized access, while maintaining their integrity and availability. - 7.5.3.2 – Distribution, Access, Retention, and Disposition Controls
Implementing clear and accountable processes for how records are stored, accessed, retained, and ultimately disposed of, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
