To guide business owners and permit applicants for the year 2026, the Municipality of Loon, through the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), hereby presents the official step-by-step Business One Stop Shop (B.O.S.S.) Processing Flow at the Loon Municipal Hall, Loon, Bohol.
OFFICIAL 2026 B.O.S.S. PROCESSING STEPS:
Step 1: Customer Service Station
Release of the complete list of documentary requirements for business permit and license application.
Step 2: Treasurer’s Payment Station
Payment of applicable obligations, including Real Property Tax (RPT), Community Tax Certificate (Cedula), and OBO Occupancy Permit Fees.
Step 3: Priority Number Station
Issuance of priority numbers to ensure an orderly and systematic processing of applications.
Step 4: Application Station (Manual or Online)
Submission of duly accomplished application forms together with the required supporting documents.
Step 5: Assessment Station
Computation and assessment of all applicable fees, taxes, and charges based on the submitted application.
Step 6: Payment Station
Settlement of assessed business permit and licensing fees.
Step 7: Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Station
Issuance and release of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) or Fire Safety Clearance, as required.
Step 8: Mayor’s Permit Releasing Station
Final approval and official release of the Mayor’s Permit.
