The Municipality of Loon, through the Loon Waterworks System (LWS), advises all valued concessionaires of a scheduled water supply interruption on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to facilitate the repair of a leaking 6-inch PVC transmission pipeline located in Cogon Norte near the Masas Residence.
During the scheduled maintenance period, consumers in Basac, Cogon Norte, Moto Norte, Moto Sur, Napo, Lintuan, and Basdacu may experience temporary interruption of water service. All affected households are encouraged to store sufficient water in advance for essential domestic use. Please also be advised that water lines may be re-energized earlier than the scheduled completion time should repair works be completed ahead of schedule; thus, all pipelines should be considered live at all times.
