
The Municipal Government of Loon informs the public that Memorandum No. 12, series of 2026 has been issued to adjust the office schedule of LGU offices in view of Proclamation No. 1189, s. 2026, declaring Friday, March 20, 2026 as a Regular Holiday nationwide in observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan).
To ensure that services remain available to the public prior to the holiday, LGU-Loon offices will observe adjusted office hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Thursday, March 16–19, 2026. During these dates, residents are encouraged to complete their transactions with the Municipal Government within the said schedule.
All departments and offices of the Municipal Government will continue to serve the public during these days to ensure that government services remain accessible and uninterrupted for the people of Loon. Offices providing essential services, including emergency response, health services, and public safety, shall remain fully operational to respond to community needs.
Meanwhile, LGU-paid Job Order (JO) and Contract of Service (COS) personnel assigned in public schools and Rural Health Units (RHUs) within the Municipality of Loon shall continue to follow the existing schedules and operational arrangements of their respective institutions in coordination with their school administrations and RHU heads.
Regular office operations under the 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. compressed workweek schedule will resume after this week, unless otherwise modified by subsequent issuance.
