


On April 21–23, 2025, dedicated employees of LGU-Loon took part in a transformative seminar-workshop focused on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence. Led by the esteemed Dr. Evelyn F. Lupango and organized by our diligent Human Resource Management Office, this training aimed to deepen our commitment to quality public service through the core values of malasakit (compassion), kalidad (quality), and integridad (integrity).
Together, we strive to enhance service delivery for every Loonanon client, ensuring that our community receives not only efficient but also compassionate care. We believe that these values are essential as we serve with honor and pride in fostering a better future for all residents of Loon. By embedding these principles into our everyday interactions, we aim to create a warmth that echoes throughout our services, making each experience as positive and meaningful as possible for those who rely on us.
