EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING | JULY 7, 2025
This morning, Mayor Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, M.D. presided over a comprehensive Executive Committee Meeting at the Municipal Activity Center to strengthen the Municipality of Loon’s commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
The meeting covered crucial agenda items, including:
* Updates on key action items and service feedback
* Status of internal and external process alignments
* Customer complaints and corrective actions
* Quality Objectives and performance indicators
* Nonconformities and resource adequacy issues
* Financial and HR concerns, including ICT institutionalization
* Opportunities for improvement based on Stage 2 Audit findings
* Updates on new programs, infrastructure, and community development initiatives
