We are pleased to inform our valued concessionaires in Sandingan Island and surrounding areas that the repair of the 8” PVC Mainline in Basac has been successfully completed. This essential maintenance work addresses a significant leak that affected our service over the past hours.
Please be advised that restoration of water supply will be gradual. As the system begins to build back pressure after several hours of downtime, residents may experience temporary water discoloration and low pressure, particularly those in elevated households.
We kindly ask for your continued patience and cooperation as the system stabilizes and normal pressure is restored across the affected areas.
