Loon Manpower Development Center conducted the 4th Commencement Exercises held last September 15, 2023 at Moto Sur Covered Court, Loon, Bohol. Together with the LMDC Head-Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos , TESDA Provincial Director-Engr. Winefredo Salas, Representative from the Office of the Congressman, Sir. Ken Requiron and the guest speaker, 1st District Board Member-Hon. Aldner Damalerio.
