The Municipality of Loon, in observance of the National Children’s Month, conducted the 2023 Municipal Children’s Congress on November 24, 2023 at the Moto Sur Covered Court facilitated by the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development headed by MSWD Officer Ma. Marinelli L. Maquindang, RSW.
