Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. The training was spearheaded by the Municipality of Loon, through Municipal Health Officer (MHO) Dr. Maria Victoria D. Lamparas, in coordination with the Department of Health, Provincial Government of Bohol, and Center for Drug Education and Counseling.
